Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, I have established a cancellation policy. A fee of 50% will apply for no-shows and 30% will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding. If any adjustments are needed, they can be made within one week after your appointment, subject to availability and prior discussion with me. Please note that after one week, a fee may be applied for any adjustments. Card payments: Please note that there is a 3.5% processing fee applies to transactions made Viva credit card to avoid this fee. I also accept check Zelle, Apple Pay and cash.
